By default, installations of Enterprise Architect 9.0 will not allow your computer's window manager to decorate the windows of the program. This means that Enterprise Architect's windows and window controls will resemble what they'd look like in windows 2000 or XP.
This is to fix a menu input issue on OS X 10.7. If you are installing Enterprise Architect 9.0 on a Linux machine, or an OS X version other than 10.7, you can re-enable your window manager's control of the window decoration within Manage Bottles>Control Panel>Wine Configuration>Graphics - check the "Allow the window manager to control the window" option, then Apply and Ok.
