The style manager, accessed through "Edit|Output Styles|Open Style Manager" does not show the checkboxes used to select the output style for different journals. This is quite limiting, as that is one of the best features of Endnote, the ability to convert all references to a different journals bibliographical style. See screenshots here (Endnote 7 under windows 2000), and here (Endnote 7 under COO) for a clearer explanation. The COO screenshot also shows the bug mentioned on the official screenshots page, where windows don't redraw properly.
