EndNote 7.0 Tips

No Tip Title!

Endnote has a problem with freezing on the startup screen. Below is a workaround to keep that from happening.

By adding --verbose to the wine options, fixes that problem

In other words:

cd "/home/aroberts/.cxoffice/win98/desktopdata/cxmenu/StartMenu/Programs/EndNote" gedit EndNote+Program

change

#!/bin/sh

exec "/opt/cxoffice/bin/wine" --bottle "win98.main" --start "c:/Windows/Start Menu/Programs/EndNote/EndNote Program.lnk" "$@"

to

#!/bin/sh

exec "/opt/cxoffice/bin/wine" --bottle "win98.main" --verbose --start "c:/Windows/Start Menu/Programs/EndNote/EndNote Program.lnk" "$@"
