In Order to Install Empire Earth II in Crossover 23.0, use the GOG.com version. Download the executable installer from GOG.com. Now to install, use the term, Unlisted Application to Install, and select the GOG.com executable Installer. Now Install as a Windows 10, 64-bit Bottle for Empire Earth II. The Installation should proceed, then to finish the installation, exit the Installer. You should now be able to run Empire Earth II on Crossover 23.0!
