eFax is not a plug-in. The trick to get it to open faxes from your browser or email tool is to associate the image/efax MIME type or .efx extension with it. Fortunately CrossOver will do so automatically. You can then manually activate or deactivate this association at any time by going to the CrossOver Setup Associations tab.
