Graphical glitches workaround

1. this gets rid of graphical glitches:
Enable DxVk in Crossover.
Changing to the newest version of MoltenVK (macos_dxvk_patched-1.1.6_2) and the newest DxVk (1.9.2) fixes the character glitches and improved performance.

2. convenience to not having to run Steam:
If you don't want to install ARC Launcher or Steam you can install Neverwinter through the old standalone launcher.
Note that you have to enter your password every time you start the game.
