Download the 6.1 updater from the Macromedia site. You do have to have a membership account for their site. The file you are looking for is dwmx61_updater.exe (or newer, if one is available).
In the Crossover Office Setup Program, under Add/Remove, click Install. Check the box to Install Unsupported Software. Click Next. Choose Other .exe, and browse for the file you downloaded. Click Next.
Run through the Dreamweaver Updater program.
When it is finished, Crossover Office will sit there forever waiting on the program to finish. You have to click the Installation Complete button to let it know that it's done.
Crossover should simulate a reboot, and when next you start up Dreamweaver, it should be at version 6.1.
Note: Some people have mentioned getting the error that the updater can't find an installed version of Dreamweaver. A good suggestion is to find an installer that starts you off at version 6.1. Then you don't have to mess with the update.
