If getting errors like:
err:module:import_dll Module (file) Extensions.dll (which is needed by L"C:\\\\Program Files\\\\Macromedia\\\\Extension Manager\\\\Extension Manager.exe") not found
err:module:import_dll No implementation for Gemstone.dll.??1CMacrPath@@UAE@XZ imported from L"C:\\\\Program Files\\\\Macromedia\\\\Extension Manager\\\\Extension Manager.exe", setting to 0xdeadbeef
when running the extension manager, then there has been a problem in installing all the dependencies to run the extension manager.
The resolution:
Go to your cxoffice Program Files/Common Files/Macromedia and copy Extensions.dll and Gemstone.dll from there into Program Files/Macromedia/Extension Manager.
This should solve many issues with the Extension Manager starting
