Dragon Age: Origins Tips

Little graphic tricks

If your graphics don't render properly go to video options ingame
or edit DragonAge.ini in /Users/%yourusernamehere%/Documents/BioWare/Dragon Age/Settings
and disable anti aliasing and frame buffer (DisableMRT=1 in DragonAge.ini)

If this help but now fully you have to set your graphics and/or texture level to minimum. (Second shouldn't be needed).

You may also consider installing newest DirectX software as it seems to speed up the game.
(Mac) Go to Crossover Preferences and uncheck Hide service packs and dependencies to see additional packages in the Install Software list.
(Linux) Check the Show service packs and dependecies button on the Install Software window to see additional packages.
Now go to Install Software and install DirectX.
