this is pretty simple. the following plugin setup should get you a reasonable speed (assuming your computer's specs are up to par to run this emu): Dolphin openGL DSP-HLE audio KB/XB360 pad Dolphin Wiimote
Dont use the D3D 9 plugin (directX) it isn't recommended by the devs and so far all it has done for me is crash the bottle. for even more speed increases try enabling "dual core" and "jit dynarec" in the configuration menu. if the emu is still slow then go into the options for the DSP-HLE plugin and uncheck all the boxes (this will disable the audio)
