I've noticed that the game occasionally loses mouse focus; i.e. a right-click will no longer open a chest as it is supposed to. I've found that pressing the Alt or Ctrl keys a few times generally clears this problem up.
Also, the character mini-bar has a tendency to disappear. However, activating one of the menus (Character, Inventory, Skills, etc.) via one of the hot keys will generally force the mini-bar to re-appear. This is a minor annoyance only.
