These settings strike a perfect balance for me between visual quality and performance. Disabling **Motion Blur** and **Film Grain** sharpens the experience, while **VSync Off** eliminates input lag. Adjust **Shadow Map Size** to suit your hardware, but keeping it on “High” or “Very High” ensures an immersive experience without noticeable slowdowns. 

**Note:** These were tested and confirmed to work specifically with version 24.0.5 on my setup. However, future updates to the game or CrossOver may introduce changes that could affect performance, making these settings less applicable in later builds.
