You will need to install the fonts from the Fonts folder on the DavkaWriter 7 CD manually before you actually install DavkaWriter in CrossOver Mac.
You can do this through the Font Book application or by copying the fonts from that folder into Macintosh HD::Library::Fonts.
Once you do that, DavkaWriter 7 will run fine in CrossOver Mac.
PDF export in DavkaWriter doesn't work, but you can get around this with some known PDF print fixes for CrossOver, like http://www.codeweavers.com/support/wiki/mac/faq/printfromcrossover
