As of 7.1 legal size printing directly to a printer did not work with this program. Did not test direct printing under 8.0.3, printing to PDF is more useful for previewing before wasting legal size paper.
As of 8.0.3 under OS X 10.6.2 print to PDF via CUPS-PDF generates a legal size PDF.
