If lagg or fps are issues you can try the below to help:
- Since Cube World is rather resource intensive, some people on e.g. Intel HD Graphics 3000, might need to use a shorter render distance, which can be changed below the min. allowed in the game itself. Changing render distance to 5 in options.cfg will help.
- One of the best ways to improve the lagg when you open up windows or key response rates is to play the game in full-screen and change the resolution of the game in the options.cfg file.
- Worse-case scenario, when you're in mountainous regions of the map, the game may have extremely choppy to no fps at all, my only advice is to Press 'M' and zoom out from the minimap. This will dramatically improve fps at the expense of the mini-map.
