First locate the game directory. On Linux, this is normally '~/.cxoffice/<bottle_name>/drive_c/Program Files/Electronic Arts/Command & Conquer 3'
The Digital Rights Management (DRM) software in this program
prevents it from running in CrossOver. If you are in a legal jurisdiction
which allows removal of such software, you may have luck running this
program. Unfortunately, CodeWeavers, because they are subject to the
Digital Millennium Copyright Act, will be unable to support you.
Enter the game's main directory again and extract the contents of this archive into it
If you did not install the game in a winxp bottle, go to the CrossOver configuration program, select the bottle you installed C&C3 in, go to the control panel tab and run winecfg. There, add an override for 'cnc3.exe' and set the Windows version to XP.
