To get Kane's Wrath running on Steam, first have a Bottle of Steam that was installed as a Windows 10, 64-bit installation.
Using that type of Steam Bottle, the game should run very smooth.
When you open Kane's wrath, go into the settings in the main menu and set the game resolution to what is closest to your Computer's native resolution. You can find your native resolution in About This Mac/More Info/Displays
The game should run smoothly after the above have been done.
