Because Crossover links the windows "My Documents" to your Linux "Documents" folder, if you install the CMUD data into %DOCUMENTS%\My Games\CMUD as the CMUD installer suggests you can cause problems if you try and run multiple installs of CMUD.
Recommended is to use a WinXP bottle and install the CMUD data into the CMUD install folder. This will allow you to install CMUD into multiple bottles with no ill effects.
