You will need to first install .Net 2.0 via CrossOver (not via Clue) prior to installing Clue into a bottle.
On Linux
Applications CrossOver Install Windows Software Select 'Show Service Packs and Dependencies'
On Mac
To see the .Net 2.0 installer, load CrossOver Go to 'CrossOver', 'Preferences' Choose 'Installer Assistant' Uncheck 'Hide Service Packs and Dependencies' Close the preferences windows. Go to 'Configure' and choose 'Install Software'
On Both
Select 'Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0' (the one that does not have Service Pack 1 on it) and proceed to install it into a new bottle.
Then, install Clue (using the 'Install Unsupported Software' button) into that same bottle.
Clue should now take you through the install process.
Once installed, it should Create a Menu Entry under 'Programs'.
