You only need the newest three files (as of writing) to replace the files in C:/Program Files/Clannad, assuming that's the game installation directory. This patch also fixes the "blue sky crash" which would happen both in rlvm and in old versions of wine.
This game does not yet run in CrossOver, seemingly due to the fact that the Fully Voiced version of the game uses a newer version of RealLive, KEY's visual novel engine. Conversely, the non-Fully Voiced patch (including the limited press version) should work.
