If the console is excessively slow to load the rulebase after the login, try adding the following to your config:
[AppDefaults\\\\FwPolicy.exe\\\\Version]
"Windows" = "win2k"
....
[AppDefaults\\\\SmartViewReporterClient.exe\\\\Version]
"Windows" = "win2k"
This should be one entery for each executable in the PROGRAM directory under the installation directory.
