The No installer version should be used, since the installer requires the .NET 3.5 runtime. The zip archieve can be downloaded from the author's website:

The zip file should be extracted into a WinXP bottle and CCS64.exe should be started from the command line. Some DirectX warning dialog will appear complaining about not being able to open a window, just press OK and CCS64 will start in windowed mode. I couldn't manage to get it to work in fullscreen, but that's not a big issue since these older games look better in smaller windows anyway.
I tried a few games and it seemed to work fine, however it used way too much CPU (almost full load on a 2.4 GHz Core 2 Duo MacBook Pro w/ 4 GB RAM).
