If you are installing add-on modules or the UU8 patch, make sure to install them to the same bottle (ignore the warning). You will probably need to manually specify the correct path (most likely C:\CC2), since the modules may not detect it correctly, although some do, so pay attention.
This is a known issue with CC2 on Windows as well, although it seems to be more so when installing in Crossover.
