For some strange reason audio is a crucial point for performance in this game.
1) Changing in audio output in settings to 4 speakers or 5.1 speakers.
This usually gets you better performance, it sound strange but it I caused by the old audio engine which is stressed.
2) Also add to launch options +fps_max 60
this cap the framerate, since this game can easily pass from 200fps to 30fps it is much better to set a maximum fps of 60.
3) Keep motion blur ON. Another strange thing but the game runs better.
Ah also remember to use the -oldgameui launcher option to use the classic menu, the new one doesn't work in CrossOver and also other computers. So I suggest to set the launch options in Steam this way:
-oldgameui +fps_max 60
