After Install ur Anime Studio 8, go to the directory where it installed. In Program Files/Smith Micro/Anime Studio Pro 8/Resources U will see LSMGUI folder. Cut this to desktop or anywhere safe place, but don't DELETE!. Start Anime Studio, It will run with a lot errors. Then Shut it. Take LSMGUI folder & put where it belongs. Start Anime Studio again, u will see the magic. It worked for me in 10.10 64 bit Ubuntu.
