The best way to download and install this to make it run is to download the game not from the deploy client because it does not run at all (you need .net frameworks which don't work). you should look on google for example for the latest version as a standalone (ie, America's Army 3.0 Full not America's Army 2.8.3 Full then America's Army 2.8.4 patch) because the patches for the game will run but when you run the game it most of the time does not run.
