There are some full installers (I'm not sure if this applies to all installers) that install a menu before you play the game, create a server, etc. You may find out that this menu is opened as a program version of a .html file. If you right-click, you will see internet browser options, such as forward, back, open, and open in new window. What probably is happening is that you can't click anything and open anything. However, these links all link to a .exe file in your bottle's C:\ drive. You can go to Programs » Run Command... » Browse... (make sure you're in your AA2 bottle) » Program Files, and Select:
America's Army/AASM__Installer.exe to install the AA Server Manager (not in programs list X)
America's Army/System/AAEditor.exe to run the AA Mission Editor (in programs list √)
America's Army/System/AALoader.exe to run the loader (which doesn't work, as described above) (in programs list √)
America's Army/System/ArmyOps.exe to run the game (which most of you may want) (not in programs list X)
America's Army/System/BugReport.exe to run the Bug Reporter (not in programs list X)
America's Army/System/pbsetup/pbsetup.exe to manually run the PunkBuster installer (which some of you may want) (not in programs list X)
America's Army/System/Server.exe to run as a server (not recommended unless you're using it from the AA Server Manager) (not in programs list X)
(everything in "America's Army Server Manager" is self-explanatory) (all in programs list √)
You can save the command if it isn't already in your programs list, so you don't have to browse for the executable again.
