In CrossOver there is a problem with the web component which affects the Kindle for PC 1.20's initial screen. So for now (CrossOver 17) you cannot install Kindle 1.20 from scratch.
The workaround is to use the automated installer to install 1.17, login in your Amazon account and then install version 1.20 in the same bottle.
The TTS is not workign anyway, but the new fonts will be shown great
