If the game won't start you need to manually instal the DirectX, UE3Redist.exe and vcredist_x86.exe dependencies - by default they are located in drive_c/GOG Games/Alien Breed 2 Assault/Binaries/windows/ directory.
You might also need the PhysX-9.19.0218-SystemSoftware.exe if you have compatible CPU/VGA.
