Easy method: Install in "Install" mode (not "Express Install" mode).
If you can't install because the computer doesn't recognize that you changed cd when you did so...
Try to copy all the files from both cd to one folder on the computers hard disk.
Start winecfg (you still need to have the first age of mythology cd in you drive). To start this go to the configuration for the bottle with AOM, then the control-panel tab, then click on winecfg.
Click on the 'drive' tab. Now make a new drive with the map where you copyed the AOM cds to (as the drive root). Then click on the cd-rom drive (in winecfgs drive tab) and select 'show advanced'.
Now copy all informations (label and serial) to the new created drive (the one with the AOM cd copy as root).
