To fix mouse problems open "regedit" (Programs > Run Command…) and go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wine\DirectInput and create a new string value named "MouseWarpOverride" and set the value to "force".
You won't be able to use the game menu with your mouse after doing that. However you can use the arrow keys on your keyboard.
