Some popup windows will open under the active window and won't be directly seen. If this happens move around the focused window until you find the popup.
Keyboard shortcuts crash the program. The only fix is to delete every folder that Photoshop creates. (/drive_c/Windows/Application Data/Adobe/drive_c/Local Settings/Application Data/Adobe). This will clear out any settings stored by Photoshop and those settings will be recreated on next launch.
