Photoshop 7.0.1 Tryout version
You must install it into win2000 template in order for photoshop 7.0.1 to load. It fails to load on default win98 (although the installation finish and menu created). During the CXO installation wizard, select to install it as an unsupported app and choose a win2000 template. By this way, no menu will be created and the installer will pop up a " ERROR CREATING SHORTCUT SET". You can safely ignore this error, because we will lauch the photoshop by command line.
You can run photoshop 7.0.1 tryout version by :-
1) $/opt/cxoffice/bin/wine --bottle {win2kbottle_where_photoshop_installed} --cx-app Photoshop.exe OR
2) From crossover menu, choose "run a windows command", select the photoshop bottle and browse to the photoshop.exe
If you are using Gnome, make sure to change the movement key from 'Alt' to 'Control' or 'Super / windows logo' in ---> Preferences -----> Windows. Otherwise, the alt click function key wont works in photoshop.
