Saving a file to PDF using the copy of Acrobat Distiller included with FrameMaker will not work. Distiller installs fine, but Wine does not currently support native Windows printer drivers (see http://wiki.winehq.org/Printing). If you need to make PDFs, you should use CUPS-PDF (http://www.physik.uni-wuerzburg.de/~vrbehr/cups-pdf/). However, you will not be able to use all of the bookmark and tagging features that you would get through distiller.
