The installation process fails for the Remote Admininstration Client. When the process reaches the window that asks you to select components, clicking on the checkbox to install the Remote Administration Client will cause a strange redraw problem and the whole process will hang. The process must be killed manually to close the window. If you use the spacebar to select the checkbox instead of the mouse it will appear to work, however only the ACE/SecurID documentation will ultimately be installed.
This problem has been observed with Crossover Office version 1.3.1 and 4.0 and ACE Remote Administration Client versions 5.0, 5.1, and 5.2.
A manual installation of this application is possible. Once configured, the application runs within Crossover Office. Details on manually installing this application will be posted to the Tips & Tricks section in the near future.
