Install IE8 and then install Visual Basic 6 Service Pack 6 into the same bottle as IE8. Then go to https://www.zumasys.com/produc... and download the Accuterm 7 Cloud plug-in. Install it into the same bottle you installed IE8. Interestingly, make sure a web page loads before browsing the htm file created by the Accuterm Cloud designer or Internet Explorer may completely lock up. In fact the first time Internet explorer loads it may lock up anyway. Just quit the bottle if this happens.
