Accuterm 2K2 Tips

To get Accuterm 2k2 working on a Mac in a win98 bottle do the following:

1)  Create a win98 bottle
2)  Install DCOM
3)  Install IE6
4)  Install Accuterm 2k2
5)  Open up a terminal window
6) cd Library/Applicaton\ Support/Crossover/Bottles
7) cd (name of created win98 bottle)
8  vi system.reg
from within vi
9) /AES {Enter}
10) remove the lines containing AES
Example:
"Name"="Microsoft Enhanced RSA and AES Cryptographic Provider"
"TypeName"="RSA and AES"
There might be several sections make sure to remove all entries associated with the RSA and AES entries.

11) save the file and then launch Accuterm

You now be able to create a new secure shell session and Accuterm should be fully functional
