As of Crosstie v20.02 (2021 + Crossover v21.1), Far Cry 3 can not run from the Ubisoft Connect (nothings does happen. I think it is mainly because of the crosstie's bottle : Win10 64bits), the game requires to be installed from the specific crosstie 'Far Cry 3'.
