Says to Insert the CD ROM despite being inserted

Hello,

I had no issues with the download process, however, when I try to run, it says to insert the CD ROM.

Another poster said to "mount the ISO file" however, there are no ISO files from what I can see and I am unsure how to "mount" it.

Any help is appreciated!
