Game Will Not Start

Hi,
I had no issues with installation, but when I went to play the game, a small window pops up and says "Please insert your Zoo Tycoon CD-ROM"
It is inserted though. :(
I'm not all that great with computers, so any help would be great.

You simply need to mount the Zoo Tycoon or Marine iso file
