Interceptor sounds like it's working, but only shows a white screen for me. Sounds work fine, though. :(

What platform, Mac or Linux? What graphics card? If Linux, what driver and are you using Compiz?

Ran Interceptor without Problems (not my type of game though).
Linux, NVidia Graphics, Crossover Games 7.1.0

Ryan, does the game have a windowed mode that you can select using a command-line option? If so, you might want to try that. (You can specify command-line options in the Steam GUI. Select the game, click Properties, click Set Launch Options.)

You might also try setting the bottle to use a virtual desktop window. Configure -> Manage Bottles -> select bottle -> Control Panel -> winecfg -> Graphics -> Enable virtual desktop.

There's no command-line option that I'm aware of. Setting the bottle to use the virtual desktop gives me an image, but it isn't really functional. If I switch focus to another app, then back to the game, I get a new screenshot, but it doesn't move.
