Optirun Nvidia High latency 900++

Hiyas im in Kubuntu 14.10 and Nvidia GTX 860m video card and driver 340.58 in Wow if a run wit optirun the Game rull very well but the latency is go up one time i get 7000+ :S can i get some help please to fix this i want to play Wow and dont like to switch to windows i have a licence crossover
