Can't Restore Resolution

I was messing around with the video options ingame and i turned the resolution up. Now i cant get it back... cause all it says on my screen is "frequency out of range" how do i restore my old wow reso ??

You can edit the Config.WTF file in the World of Warcraft installation directory. It sets the resolution there. On Linux it is in:
~/.cxoffice/win2000/drive_c/Program Files/World of Warcraft/WTF/
and on the Mac:
<your home dir>/Library/Application Support/CrossOver/bottles/win2000/drive_c/Program Files/World of Warcraft/WTF/
This assumes you installed WoW into the default win2000 bottle, if you called that bottle something else, change that.
