I have a AMD 64 proccessor. Dell Demension C521. Upgraded Graphics card. Whenever I get on everyone is frozen, running in a circle or running into a wall. I can move around while this is happening. I can't talk to amyone or talk myself. My latency bar is always green. After a few minutes, it logs me out! I am running on ethernet if it makes a difference.
Are you sure WoW isn't getting blocked by a firewall somewhere? This is common when you are having latency/network issues, so perhaps the authentication servers can pass traffic to you but not the game server.
