Anyone else having trouble with patching an install when using 8.1? It just gets stuck at 10% for me. (This is not a big issue for just me, as I have an archive of WoW that works). Although, it could just be my computer...

Eventually got it, had to run it from WoW.exe at first.
The launcher is now working, without changing the WoW folder permissions.
