World of Tanks - Fails integrity test at 87%

Update WOT to v1.9.

WOT ran an integrity check and it now gets to 87% and fails. It asks to retry but gets the same result.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled more times than I can count but it still does the same thing.

Any suggestions?
