published bottle error message

I had world of tanks working in admin account. Published it, then went to run on other user and on starting, I get critical error error_create_log.msg, the application cannot continue.

I'm new to Mac, and trying the trial version of Crossover 13.

I tried to post a ticket, but can't since I haven't purchased yet.
