Working good in CXG 8.1.4/9.0 and linux ; stand-alone version

This title installed and ran correctly, using a winXP bottle - pretty much
worked 'out of the box' with no problems encountered thus far. Appears to
be running at gold medal level, however silver for now until I get a bit
more gameplay/testing done.
