WoG Crashes on exit

Does anyone else have a problem where WoG (World of Goo) crashes when you close it (i am on ubuntu 8.04 and cxgames) and when ever i close it there is 2 error boxes i have to close before it resizes my resolution back to normal. (i cant read the boxes because they are blank)
