Bulk Editing Timelapse Photos

hello - i am working on a timelapse video using over 1000 photos. my issue is i cannot seem to bulk edit the photos.
i would like to scale and crop them all but when selected there is no option to do so. i can only do it indivivually.

is there a way to treat a folder of photos as a 'video' - much like DaVinci does? i am also experiencing crashes when dealing with so many photos on the timeline. maybe i am using the wrong software for this?

thank you for any feedback you can offer.
